1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 8oz. can tomato Sauce
1 can corn 1 14 oz. can whole tomatoes Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 to 2 cups "cooked" egg noodles
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hamburger and onion, season to taste with the salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
Add canned corn, tomato paste, tomato sauce and whole tomatoes, mix. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish, mix in the "cooked" egg noodles, top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
